How to Apply for Admission

We would be honoured to have you as a student in the School of Ministry. The process is straightforward, and consists of the following steps:

Student – Initial admission to the School before your first course

  1. Click the Application for Admission below to download the application form

  2. Complete & sign the Application and email to DiocEuropeSchool@outlook.com

  3. Click the Register for Courses link below and register for the desired course(s)

  4. Your course registration will be provisional until your application is approved

Student – Admission to the TUMI certificate program

  1. Send the link for this page to your pastor or lay leader and ask them to complete the Pastor Reference

Pastor or lay leader

  1. Visit this page and click the Pastor Reference below to download the reference form

  2. Complete & sign the Reference and email to the address specified in the form

The School of Ministry

  1. Upon receipt of your Application or Reference we will promptly notify you; upon approval we will send an invoice for the application fee and tuition for any courses you’ve already registered for

  2. Application is not complete until the application fee is paid in full

  3. The instructor of each class will contact students to arrange the meeting schedule prior to the start of the course

The Application for Admission includes the following information:

  • Personal contact information

  • Background information regarding your faith journey

  • Educational history

  • Ministry history

  • Contact information for your pastoral leader who will be providing your reference

  • A signed affirmation of faith statement

​If you desire to learn the spiritual truths and practical applications of the Apostolic faith, our heart is to enable you to take our courses. We strive to keep our tuition low and our scheduling flexible to support bi-vocational pastors and lay leaders, busy homemakers, and anyone committed to growing in the faith.
